1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Description

InnovateFlux provides lead generation and digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Qualified lead generation through multiple advertising channels
• Multi-channel digital advertising campaigns
• Social network integration and marketing
• Analytics and performance reporting
• Campaign optimization and management

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a performance-based pricing model:

• Facebook Ads: $40 per qualified lead
• Google Ads: $50 per qualified lead
• LinkedIn Ads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due only when qualified leads are delivered that meet the agreed-upon criteria. No upfront payments or monthly retainers are required unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who:

• Responds to your campaign within 72 hours
• Provides accurate contact information
• Meets the demographic and behavioral criteria specified in your campaign
• Demonstrates genuine interest in your products or services

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their business and target audience
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of or licensed to InnovateFlux.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of leads generated through our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

InnovateFlux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for delivered leads become immediately due.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
